Key Features
Safety Lid Sensor
The safety lid sensor automatically stops the spindle rotation if the lid is opened during the cutting process.
Electromagnetic Lock Protection (Optional)
A safety protection device that prevents the lid from opening once the spindle starts running. The lid can only be opened 10 seconds after the spindle stops.
Intuitive Control Panel
Designed with highly recognizable large icons, making operation simple and easy to understand while significantly reducing operator training time.
Front and Rear Limit Sensors
The positions of the front and rear limit sensors can be adjusted to control the start and end positions of the cutting operation.
LED Lighting Assistance
LED lighting helps operators clearly observe the cutting process and illuminates the working area.
Magnetic Cleaning Water Hose
Allows quick cleaning of the cutting chamber and fixtures, helping keep the machine clean.
Feed Clutch (CK200B Automatic) / Feed Handwheel
Allows quick switching between manual and automatic cutting modes, with feed speed controlled via the handwheel.
Built-in Movable Coolant Tank Design
The movable coolant tank can be stored inside the machine to save space.
Adjustable Spindle Speed (Optional)
With an optional inverter installed, the spindle speed can be adjusted by ±50%.
Sliding Standard Vise (Standard)
The left and right vises can each slide 25 mm horizontally. The right vise can be adjusted 75 mm forward and backward. Maximum opening: 60 mm.
Sliding Split Threaded Worktable (Optional)
The left and right sliding bases can each move 25 mm. Maximum vise opening: 70 mm.
